PoopPages provides a website-as-a-service platform that allows pet waste removal businesses to create and manage professional websites, capture leads, and manage their online presence. The Service includes website hosting, customization tools, lead management, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: Our Service is offered at $39 per month or $199 per year.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your PoopPages website ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and display it. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Lead Data

Lead data collected through contact forms on your PoopPages website belongs to you. You are responsible for handling this data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We process lead data solely to provide the Service and will not use it for our own marketing purposes.

8. Custom Domains

You may connect your own domain name to your PoopPages website. You are responsible for maintaining ownership and DNS configuration of your domain. We are not responsible for domain registration, renewal, or any issues arising from your domain provider.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by PoopPages and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POOPPAGES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PoopPages and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Your website will no longer be accessible
  • We may delete Your Content after a reasonable period
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding payments
